Payment and Service Policies

  • 21 and over ONLY
  • Payment Methods: Fizz accepts credit and debit cards exclusively.
  • Gratuity Policy: A 20% gratuity will be added to the total bill for parties of FIVE or more, as well as for card-on-file payments.
  • Check Splitting: We allow a maximum of four checks to be split per table/group.
  • Dessert Fee: A $35 fee applies for dessert service.
  • Corkage Policy: Only still wine is permitted for corkage at a fee of $35 per bottle.
  • Accidental Beverage Spills: In the event that a guest accidentally spills or knocks over a beverage, they may purchase an additional glass of the same drink.
