Mother's Day Brunch

Honoring Mother’s Day calls for an exquisite Champagne brunch at Fizz! Guests will indulge in a meticulously crafted brunch buffet featuring a selection of warm, comforting classics alongside fresh seasonal delights. Enjoy soft scrambled eggs and a Gruyère & herb frittata, along with a brioche French toast bake drizzled with warm maple syrup. Savory dishes, such as chicken apple sausage, crispy breakfast potatoes, and seasonal roasted vegetables, complete the feast.
The buffet is enhanced by a stunning cold display of artisan cheeses, fresh seasonal fruits, and a make-your-own yogurt parfait station. Freshly baked mini croissants, whipped butter, and fruit preserves add a traditional brunch flair, while a delightful ending includes Macarons and house-made truffles!
Moms will be greeted with a complimentary Mimosa as part of their brunch experience!
